These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the sz9999 platform, accessible at https://sz9999.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service"). sz9999 is an English-language online gaming information platform designed for Pakistani users, providing educational content on sports betting, live casino games, payment methods, bonuses and responsible gambling practices.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on sz9999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You may hold only one registered account on sz9999. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited regardless of the email address, device or payment method used.

Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and preferred payment details. Incomplete or inaccurate registrations may be declined or subsequently suspended pending verification.

KYC Verification: sz9999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal or upon reaching a transaction threshold. Standard KYC documents include:

• A valid, unobstructed copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport;
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement, where required;

Submission of falsified documents constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account termination, reporting to relevant authorities and forfeiture of any balance.

By using the sz9999 Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited, restricted or requires a licence not held by the user;
• Creating more than one account, or assisting another person in creating an account with the intent to circumvent eligibility requirements or claim multiple bonuses;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by sz9999;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting or any other activity designed to exploit the Platform in bad faith;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security measures or game logic;
• Submitting false KYC documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, residence or financial circumstances;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or sz9999 staff through any communication channel;
• Publishing, transmitting or facilitating any content that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of any balance and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

sz9999 supports a range of deposit methods, subject to availability in the cashier at the time of transaction. Payment methods may include local Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast, as well as bank transfers to accounts at Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and international payment methods where supported. • All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name and verified under your KYC profile. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• sz9999 is not responsible for delays, rejections or additional charges applied by your bank, mobile wallet provider or payment network.
• Deposits made in currencies other than PKR may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and any associated fees are the user's responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms. • Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your own verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.

• Use sz9999 trademarks, logos or brand identifiers in any manner that implies affiliation or endorsement without authorisation;
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or application without written consent;

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sz9999, its directors, employees, partners, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any information, content or guidance provided on the Platform, which is furnished for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial or gambling advice;
• Technical failures, system outages, data corruption or security breaches caused by third-party service providers or events beyond sz9999's reasonable control;
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by banks, mobile wallet providers or payment networks, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or any banking institution;
• Any consequences — legal, financial or personal — arising from your access to or use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such access is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by sz9999 is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

sz9999 collects only the personal data necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, comply with AML/KYC obligations and communicate with users regarding account and promotional matters. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

sz9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms;

• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Engagement in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering or any other prohibited conduct;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Any circumstances in which sz9999 reasonably believes continued account operation poses a financial, legal or reputational risk.

Upon termination, any available real-money balance will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks and after deduction of any amounts owed to sz9999. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon account closure for cause.

You may close your account at any time by contacting sz9999 support. Account closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations accrued prior to the closure date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sz9999 holds its applicable operating licence. Users are advised to obtain independent legal advice if they are uncertain which laws apply to them given their country of residence.

Pakistani Users: Pakistani users acknowledge that access to and use of sz9999 may be subject to Pakistani domestic law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial legislation. sz9999 makes no representation that its services comply with Pakistani law. Users access the Platform at their own legal risk.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact sz9999 support in writing. sz9999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedures specified under the applicable licence jurisdiction. Neither party waives any rights by engaging in informal resolution attempts.

sz9999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via on-platform notification or email to your registered address. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. sz9999 recommends reviewing this page at least once per month, or before making any significant deposit or transaction.
